On July 28, wellness professionals, faculty, students, and staff from across the Northwestern Health Sciences University community gathered at Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove for a day of golf benefiting student scholarships.
It was a privilege to be included. NWHSU’s standing in chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and the health sciences is well earned, and the group on the course reflected it: accomplished clinicians, the faculty who trained them, and students preparing to carry that work forward. We came away having learned a good deal from the people we spent the day with.
The scholarship fund is what brought everyone together. A health sciences education is a significant investment, and scholarship support is what makes it attainable for more students who are ready to do this work.
Carpe Diem is grateful to have sponsored the tournament and thankful to NWHSU for the invitation. Collaborating with this community was the best part of the day.
Brock capped things off by winning the final raffle and the chance to throw out the first pitch at the Twins vs Tigers MLB Baseball game with NWHSU’s president. Our thanks to everyone who made the day possible. We are looking forward to next year.
Carpe Diem!
